Jerusalem First Class (JFC) is a tourism company that provides for all of one’s
needs while visiting Israel.
Some of the services that JFC provides are car rentals, hotel bookings, holiday
apartment rentals, travel/holiday insurance,
and telephone services.

• What is a JFC phone?
A JFC phone is a cellular phone that is available to buy at low cost for visitors
to Israel.
• What is unique about a JFC phone?
A JFC phone is unique for many reasons, including:
* The phone is owned by the customer
* The phone number belongs to the customer
* There are no rental fees or hidden costs
* The customer controls his or her spending
* The calls are charged per-second and not per-minute
* The customer has no obligations
* The JFC phone comes loaded with 60 free minutes.

• What model phones are available?
All of our phones are 3G phones. To see the JFC phone please click

• Can I use a SIM card in a phone I brought from home?
Our phones work on the CDMA system which means that we do not use SIM cards.
• What is the monthly rental fee?
Our phones are yours to keep. As such, there are no rental fees.
• Do I need to pay a deposit for a JFC phone?
No. You do not need to pay a deposit for your JFC phone. With us, there are no hidden
costs.
• Where can I receive my phone?
Your phone can be picked up at our Jerusalem office or at our Tel Aviv office free
of charge.
For an additional cost your JFC phone can be delivered to you anywhere in Israel
or at home prior to your trip.
• Where in Israel will my JFC phone work?
Your JFC phone will work throughout Israel, including the West Bank.
• Can I use my JFC phone outside of Israel?
Your JFC phone will not work outside of Israel.

Yes. We do deliver accessories for an additional cost.

• How is my merchandise delivered?
Your merchandise is delivered to an address and on a date you request upon purchase.
On the day of delivery, your merchandise will arrive between 15:00-21:00.
• What happens if someone is not at the delivery address when the delivery person
arrives?
A note will be left at the address informing of attempted delivery. There will be
a phone number
to call in order to rearrange delivery.
• What happens if I fail to receive my delivery a 2nd time?
Your merchandise will be returned to the JFC Office. If this happens, please contact
our customer service

• How can people call my JFCPHONE from outside the country?
First dial the country code - 972 – followed by the provider prefix, dropping the 0,
and the mobile phone number you requested. For instance,

• How can you listen to your voice mail?
Dial *151 from your phone, and then enter your secret code (attached to the email and the page attached to the box).

• Can I load minutes while still abroad, before arriving in Israel?
Of course. Enter the JFCPHONE site, go to the Load Using Credit Card page, enter your phone number and perform the loading.
That way, you’ll make sure your phone will be ready with minutes upon landing in Israel.

• What are the rates?
The rates take in account the 10% bonus you receive when loading your phone.
Calls to other JFC phones - 0.35 (0.09 cent Approximately),
Within Israel 0.5825 n/s (15.3 cent Approximately) per minute to all providers (050,052,054,02,077),
USA &CANADA - 0.5825 n/s (15.3 cent Approximately) per minute (land line-mobile),
England France,Germany-0.5825 n/s (15.3 cent Approximately) per minute (land line).

• What are the rates for incoming calls?
Incoming calls are free to your JFC phone.
• How are calls charged?
Calls made on your JFC phone are charged by the second. This means that you only
pay for what you speak.
For example, if you speak for 30 seconds you will only be charged for 30 seconds,
and not for 1 minute.
Insurance
For equipment purchases, warranties shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
manufacturer and/or the distributor.
The warranty is for one year covers all repairs as long as the phone is reparable. If the phone is damaged.
Beyond repair, lost or stolen, for you will be charged a subsidized cost $ 50 to replace the phone.
For any other claim to replace the phone you will be charged the amount of $ 100 for the replacement of the device.
• Does my phone come with insurance?
Your phone comes with a 1 year guarantee only against a defective product which
is the result of faulty workmanship.
• Can I purchase additional insurance for my JFC phone?
Yes. Additional insurance is available for purchase. Please contact our customer

Phone Credit
• How can I add credit to my JFC phone?
The easiest way to add credit to your phone is by dialing (*3525) from your phone and paying by credit card
using our automated system.
You can also add credit to your JFC phone using your credit card on the homepage of our website or by clicking
here.
In addition you can purchase a JFC phone card at JFC
office.
• Can I receive a refund on unused credit?
Unfortunately a refund on unused credit is not available.
• Can I use the same phone card to add credit to multiple phones?
To protect against theft, phone cards can only be used to add credit to a single
phone.
• Does the credit on my JFC phone ever expire?
The credit on your JFC phone will expire 1 year after being loaded onto your phone.

• How can I check the remaining credit available on my JFC phone?
In order to check the amount of remaining credit on your JFC phone please call *998

• Can I retrieve the information that I had stored on my JFC phone (phonebook/pictures/etc)?
Unfortunately, there is no possibility of retrieving information that you had stored
in your JFC phone.
• Can my new JFC phone be credited with unused credit from my old phone?
Unfortunately, your new JFC phone cannot be credited with unused credit from your
old phone.
